Embrace a seamless and accessible healthcare experience designed to cater to the unique needs of college students.
What is TimelyCare?
Gnomon has partnered with TimelyCare to offer virtual health and well-being services for program students. Through either a mobile app or website, TimelyCare provides 24/7 access to virtual care from anywhere in the United States at no cost.
Whether you're anxious or overwhelmed, you will be able to talk to a licensed provider from your smartphone or any web-enabled device. Licensed providers are available to offer mental health support via phone or secure video visits.
Services:
- MedicalNow: On-demand support for common health issues, including cold, flu, and allergies.
- TalkNow: 24/7, on-demand emotional support to talk about anything, including anxiety, relationships, depression, and school-related stressors.
- Scheduled Counseling: Choose the day, time, and mental health provider that best works for you. Bilingual and Multilingual providers are available. (12 visits per year)
- Self-Care Content: Visit the “Explore” page within TimelyCare for guided self-care content, including yoga and meditation sessions, as well as group conversations with our providers on a variety of health and well-being topics.
- Peer-to-Peer Support: A place for students to share thoughts, feelings, and emotions as part of a nationwide community of students who face the same challenges.
Program students have access to TimelyCare services 365 days a year. That means you have access during breaks, after-hours, and any time you need support!

NOTE: Effective Winter 2024, program students will retain access to TimelyCare for a period of 6 months after graduating.

Who can use TimelyCare?
Any enrolled Gnomon program student (BFA in Digital Production or Certificate in Digital Production for Entertainment). Individual course takers, FIAD, and high school summer camp students do not have access to this service.
How can I access TImelyCare?
Gnomon program students can to go timelycare.com/Gnomon to register their name and Gnomon email address. Users can then have visits from any web-enabled device – smartphone, laptop, or desktop. TimelyCare is available from anywhere in the United States.
