Computer Labs
Gnomon’s campus features 9 custom-built computer labs, equipped with production-level computers designed to handle modern software and the rigorous workloads associated with current production pipelines.
Workstations and software are continuously updated to ensure students have access to the most current production applications and remain aligned with industry standards.
Art Studios & Lecture Rooms
Multiple classrooms across Gnomon’s campus are designed specifically for traditional art education, including three lecture rooms, a figure drawing room, and a sculpture studio.
Traditional art classrooms are equipped with sculpting stands, art horses, projection and audio/video equipment and extensive reference materials.
The Library
Gnomon’s Library & Learning Resource Center offers an extensive collection of course-related and professional resources, including books, online databases, trade magazines, newspapers, and diverse reference materials. Students also have access to a wide range of production equipment, such as digital cameras, lighting rigs, grip materials, and more, enabling them to support their creative projects with professional-grade tools.
Common Areas
Gnomon’s campus offers a variety of inviting spaces for students to unwind between classes, including cozy student lounges and a spacious 3,000 sq ft outdoor patio. Common areas are thoughtfully designed with comfortable seating, flat-screen TVs, gaming consoles, a student kitchen, and vending machines. For entertainment, students can enjoy classic arcade games and more, creating a vibrant environment where they can relax, socialize, and recharge.
Student Store
The student store offers a wide selection of essential class supplies, including art materials, as well as a curated collection of art books and reference materials. It also features a variety of Gnomon-branded merchandise, such as shirts, hoodies, and other apparel. Conveniently located on campus, the store is designed to meet the needs of students, providing everything necessary to support studies and showcase school pride.
The Gnomon Gallery
Founded in 2008, the Gnomon Gallery was established to spotlight the talented artists working in animation, effects, and games whose phenomenal artwork is rarely seen by the public in a traditional gallery setting.
Featuring a wide range of genres and pieces that include sketches, sculpture, props, and digital paintings, the gallery strives to inspire viewers with behind-the-scenes artwork from some of the industry’s most creative minds.
