Follow the outlined processes below to ensure you will achieve graduate status and are prepared for the graduation ceremony.
How to Achieve Graduate Status:
Prior to the Graduation Ceremony:
- Submit a Graduation Petition form to Registrar by the deadline of November 22, 2024.
- Submit your Demo Reel to Placement by the deadline, January 6, 2025. Further details will be sent to your Gnomon email.
- Order tickets to the graduation event on Eventbrite by the deadline, January 6, 2025.
- Review the COVID-19 Protocols below for you and your guests.
- Review FAQ's.

5:30 pm - Check-In and Refreshments:
Graduation Ceremony Welcome Desk (3rd Floor Reception)
All graduates and guests must check in at the Graduation Ceremony Welcome Desk outside the 3rd-floor reception before entering.
Please use the escalators to reach the third floor.
Guests are encouraged to take photos, enjoy beverages, and socialize before the ceremony begins in our Gnomon patios.
6 pm - Ceremony: Gnomon Stage
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6 pm on the Gnomon Stage (1st floor).

Recording and Photography:
This event will be recorded, streamed to a private link, and photographed. By entering this space, you agree and grant irrevocable permission to have your likeness, image, voice, and appearance photographed and recorded to be used in Gnomon marketing and outreach.

Graduate Tickets:
All graduates must order a ticket for themselves to attend the ceremony.
Guest Tickets:
Graduates may reserve up to two (2) additional tickets for friends or family. This guest limit ensures we adhere to legal space capacity and continue our best practices.
Ticket orders will close at 6 pm on Monday, January 6, 2024.
Ticket Requirement for Entry:
- Tickets are required for all attendees, including graduates and their guests, to access the venue.
- Guests without ticket reservations will not be admitted.
- Please present your tickets at the Welcome Desk upon arrival (digital screenshots will suffice).
- Please know we will be strictly enforcing these guidelines.

Special Needs
Accessible and reserved seating is available for guests with special needs. Please notify studentaffairs@gnomon.edu at least five (5) days prior to the event so we may accommodate.
Younger Guests
Those under 18 years old are allowed to attend the event. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

COVID-19 protocols and guidelines are subject to change.
As of today, below is our policy:
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or vaccination exemptions are no longer required.
- COVID-19 vaccinations are encouraged.
- COVID-19 booster vaccinations are encouraged.
- Masking for both indoor and outdoor campus activities is strongly recommended.
The ceremony will be held on Gnomon’s Stage, which will be a closed space during the ceremony. Gnomon will provide campus-wide PPE Supplies for all graduates and their guests. Masking is strongly recommended, particularly in areas where distancing is not possible or large crowds are present. The College has Aerus Pure & Clean with ActivePure Technology air filtration units placed and activated for our event, and the HVAC system in use has advanced filtration, heightening MERV, and HEPA standards for internal air filtration for your comfort.
Important Note: If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or feel ill, for the health and safety of all, please do not attend the graduation ceremony. We suggest that all individuals not feeling well remain home, contact a medical provider, and arrange for a COVID-19 test immediately.
